We plan to experiment with different worship elements and styles week by week. We hope that you come to IS&IT with a sense of anticipation of what God might do today in our gathering. We expect to draw upon the rich variety of music available and to incorporate ministries of Word and Sacrament in simple but creative ways. Expect to be involved interactively as the worship time unfolds. Just so you know: this is not a place where you will be able to “hide” in a crowd, because there just won’t be that many of us. But we invite you to take the risk to discover what it feels like not to be a critical religious consumer but to entrust your life to the one, holy, triune God who has called you to himself. You can count on us to remain centered on the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s revelation in scripture, and those practices that will deepen our sense of belonging and enliven our response to the One who created and saved us.
